Terry is a keen sportsman and enthusiastic rugby supporter. He plays the occasional game of hockey, runs regularly and races his dingy during the summer months.
Terry has over 20 years running multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations and a passion for business improvement. He founded CDI London in 2005 and has successfully supported organisations in the UK, Europe and USA to world-class competitiveness using the Mission Directed Work Teams (MDW) process.
Terry has an Honours degree in Engineering and a degree in Business Economics. He holds a current DV Security Clearance.
