Vitacress required a framework for behavioural development that would allow us at the same time to absorb margin pressure and improve quality and service. We also wanted professional guidance, but at the end of the day a system that was thoroughly owned by us - our staff and our managers. With Mission Directed Work Teams and the coaching of Competitive Dynamics London, we are very happy that we are on the right track. To date, two modules into the programme, we have adopted the MDW framework across all parts of the business, including our farms. We are already enjoying increased efficiency benefits and have a main site that looks far more professional.

It is more than two years since our MDW journey started with CDI London. During this time I have been proud to be part of an initiative that has had a profound impact on our business - both in terms of business results & the development of our people.
