Hamilton Acorn are a major supplier of the UK's decorating tools and brushes for professional and domestic markets. They began implementation of MDW in 2008 and immediately created an impressive arrangement of Mini Businesses in production, warehousing and customer services. They are well into implementing Goal Alignment and plans are in place to start 5S later this year. Early results include an acceleration of innovative ideas and the improved status and development of team leaders.
