Terry Johnson MD CDI London Ltd
Terry’s practical approach to problem solving combined with his extensive business experience and genuine desire to assist people and businesses, facilitated his move to training and consultative coaching over five years ago.
Terry has successfully enabled businesses in the UK, Europe and USA to world class competitiveness through the implementation of Mission Directed Work teams (MDW). His strength lies in his ability to help implement business strategy and align goals throughout the organisation. Terry utilises his training, facilitation and coaching skills to support people at all levels of the business.
He has over 20 years operational experience at a senior level in the manufacturing and distribution in FMCG and Automotive industries. His experience is supported by an Honours degree in Engineering and a degree in Business Economics.
Charles Baylay
Charles’s motivation lies in developing the sense and aptitude in people to influence their environment and performance at work. He has a strong need to contribute to the success of individuals, teams and organisations, which he does best with a coaching approach.
Charles was an Imperial College graduate in mining after which, he spent 16 years in mining and high specification industrial mineral production at technical and managerial levels. He spent four years of senior management in food manufacturing, before moving into coaching and consulting.
Jenny Johnson
With her teaching background and coaching experience, Jenny is able to support training and application of MDW principles. She has a genuine interest in people and is passionate in her desire to help people to improve the quality of their professional and personal lives. She uses coaching to enable individuals adapt to change, achieve goals and increase personal performance.
Jenny is a certified NLP Practitioner and a qualified Coach (DipNMC). She has BA in English & Psychology, a Diploma in Education (DipEd) and a qualified A1 NVQ Assessor. She is a member of the Professional Guild of NLP, International Institute of Coaching and Chartered Management Institute.
Lee Prentice
Lee’s background brings together broad and deep management, quality, logistics, coaching and development experience, gained over twenty five years at senior management and director level with multinational companies in manufacturing, distribution, professional and biomedical sectors.
Lee is a good communicator with a genuine interest in the development of people and businesses. He inspires and creates “can do” attitudes through motivation and enthusiasm. He works at all levels of an organisation, inspiring and encouraging individuals and teams to achieve world class performance.
Jenni Reclik
With a background in supply chain and manufacturing, Jenni's passion is working with people to improve the systems and processes within their department, function or business. She gained 15 years experience within multinational FMCG companies, covering manufacturing management, supply chain management and supply chain development, prior to moving into consultancy. She has experience in TPM, both within Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including some training in Japan.
Jenni is a good communicator and can operate at all levels. She will support and drive change and has a positive 'get things done' mindset that delivers results.
Jenni's experience is supported by a Masters degree in Engineering and Management.
Adam Jones
Adam's knowledge and understanding of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance has been developed from over 24 years working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. He has practical experience of many quality engineering techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments and Six Sigma, and also implementing management systems to make sustained improvements to the success of organizations.
The energy and enthusiasm he brings to all his projects inspires and motivates others. He is passionate about developing people to levels that exceed their own expectations, and has qualified as both a professional Personal Performance Coach and an NLP Practitioner.
Adam is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Chartered Quality Institute and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
